Vazare is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive the package:

  • Contact the carrier first to check the delivery status.
  • After contacting the carrier, email us and we’ll assist where possible.
  • Vazare is not responsible for stolen packages but will help file a claim when possible.
