Vazare — Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vazare, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is in sellable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@vazareofficial.com with your order number.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  • Once we receive the item, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless:
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
